  • Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

    A: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please be sure to contact us in advance. Standard check-out is by 10:00 AM.

  • Q: When do cancellation fees apply?

    A: As we are an exclusive inn that accommodates only one group per day, we have the following cancellation policy. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Q: Can I stay with my children?

    A: We apologize, but for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children of junior high school age or younger. Guests of junior high school age and older are welcome and will be charged the adult rate.

    A: No, our rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Access to the rooms requires using stairs.
